1. Scope of Policy
These Payment & Refund Terms (“Policy”) apply to all purchases made through the Catholic Creator Guild (“CCG”), which is a venture of Ipsum Audite LLC, an these terms are including but not limited to event registrations, courses, digital products, subscriptions, and related offerings.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described herein.
2. Payments
2.1. All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless an installment plan is explicitly provided.
2.2. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
2.3. Payment processing fees are non-refundable, except where CCG cancels an event.
2.4. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.
3. Event Tickets
3.1. Refunds (Attendee-Initiated)
Event tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds will be granted only in the case of:
(a) verified family emergencies; or
(b) serious health-related emergencies.
Refund decisions are made at CCG’s sole discretion. Approved refunds exclude non-refundable processing fees.
3.2. Refunds (CCG-Initiated)
If CCG cancels an event, the purchaser will receive a full refund, including processing fees.
If an event is rescheduled and the purchaser cannot attend the new date, a full refund will be issued upon request.
3.3. Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
(a) Transfer approval is not guaranteed.
(b) The purchaser is solely responsible for locating the replacement attendee.
(c) All approved transfers must be processed through CCG to maintain accurate attendee records.
(d) CCG assumes no responsibility for failed or unsuccessful transfer attempts.
4. Courses and Educational Programs
4.1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Most CCG courses include a satisfaction guarantee. To qualify for a refund:
(a) the purchaser must complete the required portion of the course as stated on the product page; and
(b) the purchaser must submit a refund request within the guarantee window.
Refund requests made outside the guarantee window or without required completion may be denied.
4.2. Exceptions
Select programs—such as coaching, intensives, or cohort-based experiences—may carry different refund terms. Such terms will be displayed clearly at checkout and supersede this Policy where applicable.
5. Digital Products (Non-Course Items)
All digital products delivered immediately at purchase—including downloads, templates, guides, and recordings—are non-refundable once access is granted.
This policy is necessary due to the irrevocable nature of digital delivery.
6. Chargebacks
Purchasers agree to contact CCG before initiating any chargeback request.
Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks may result in removal from future CCG events or offerings.
7. Special Circumstances
CCG reserves the right, at its discretion, to make exceptions to this Policy in extraordinary circumstances, including verified cases of hardship. Any such adjustments shall not constitute a waiver of CCG’s rights under this Policy in future cases.
8. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing any CCG product or service, the buyer acknowledges:
(a) they have read and understand this Policy;
(b) they agree to abide by its terms; and
(c) this Policy forms the entire agreement governing the refund and payment conditions for the purchase.
